A Standout Summer Experience: No.20 Members Cruise Bristol’s Floating Harbour

The morning began in relaxed fashion as guests stepped aboard and were welcomed with a freshly prepared continental breakfast. Against the gentle backdrop of the harbour, conversations flowed easily, setting the tone for an event that combined meaningful networking with a shared appreciation of Bristol’s unique maritime heritage.

As the vessel traced the original course of the River Avon, guests enjoyed a captivating perspective of the city’s historic landmarks. Highlights included views of the SS Great Britain, Hotwells, Cabot Tower and the atmospheric Redcliffe Caves, alongside familiar sights such as Bristol Bridge and Castle Park. Hearing the stories behind these landmarks added depth and context, bringing Bristol’s rich past vividly to life.
